Position Overview:

Position Specifications:

  • Expected Wage: $20.00/hour
  • Availability: Full-Time and Part-Time positions available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and share product knowledge
  • Equip customers with the latest outdoor gear - training provided
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold safety standards
  • Perform additional tasks such as cashiering, rentals, or assisting other departments as needed
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to stand and engage in a dynamic, team-oriented environment for extended periods
  • Fluency in English is required

A Retail Associate is a versatile team member who may work across various departments, including:

The anticipated pay range is $20.00. This represents the range we expect to offer for this position, with individual compensation determined by various factors.
