Job Summary

As a key member of the LBA Hospitality team, the Housekeeping Manager is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect all areas of the hotel to ensure sanitation and brand standards are met
  • Supervise and manage housekeeping staff, including scheduling and labor management
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory and payroll
  • Ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Department to ensure maintenance requests are addressed in a timely manner
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures
Working Conditions

This role requires standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods. Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends, as needed.
