Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
- Audiovisual Operations: Assist with the day-to-day functions of the audiovisual office, including set-up, operation, and strike of equipment according to company procedures.
- Equipment Management: Ensure the maximum in client service, operational efficiency, and profitability levels by maintaining and upgrading audiovisual equipment.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure successful event execution.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in the AV industry, with a focus on event support and technical operations.
- Skills: Advanced knowledge of audiovisual equipment, including microphones, speakers, sound systems, channel mixers, LCD, LED, projectors, screens, monitors, lighting, and computers.
- Education: Certification in AV technology or related courses is preferred.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work long hours on your feet, lift up to 75 pounds, and work a varied schedule.
- Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States and possess a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
