Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally greet all visitors and ensure they are directed to the appropriate personnel.
- Collect entrance fees from museum attendees.
- Assist with various museum events as required.
- Monitor inventory, restock, organize, and maintain gift shop displays.
- Draft memos, correspondence, reports, and other necessary documents.
- Continuously seek ways to enhance processes; propose productivity improvements and optimize workflow while meeting customer needs.
- Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Work Environment:

Qualifications:
- Availability to work Monday-Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., with additional hours as necessary.
- High School Diploma or GED required; must be at least 18 years old.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in computer use and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- An interest in history, particularly automotive history, is advantageous.
