We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Walker Electric Services Inc.

Job Summary:

The Senior Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the execution of electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong focus on safety protocols, client satisfaction, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Setup and Management: Ensure each project is properly set up before work begins, confirming necessary materials and equipment are on-site, tools are in working order, and the team is fully briefed on the scope of the job.
  2. Estimate Creation and Accuracy: Provide accurate estimates for jobs, taking into account potential challenges or unexpected costs. Manage the project within budget, keeping all job costs (labor, materials, tools) accurately accounted for.
  3. Client Satisfaction and Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets or exceeds client expectations, conducting regular check-ins to address any concerns or changes in scope.
  4. Team Leadership and Coordination: Lead the team on-site, directing and supporting electrical helpers, while enforcing strict adherence to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and client satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering or construction management.
