About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, partnering with Biomedical Information Technology and business stakeholders to coordinate systems release management and delivery planning. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will serve as a subject matter expert for Biomedical business applications and liaison with Information Technology and/or vendors to ensure technology designs meet the needs of end users within an assigned unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with business stakeholders to identify and analyze problems or enhancement requests.
  • Develop functional and interface requirements and specifications for Biomedical IT and third-party vendors.
  • Create and manage configurations for applications, working with third-party vendors to have SaaS products configured as required.
  • Conduct configuration verification testing activities.
  • Serve as a lead on projects, providing training and guidance to other staff.
  • Understand and follow all regulated processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required.
  • Minimum 7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
  • Experience with large-scale ERP applications required.
  • Ability to manage to deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills required.
