We are a passionate team dedicated to providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and special needs. Our mission is to deliver tailored, evidence-based services that drive meaningful progress and development for our clients and their families.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver ABA interventions to clients in their homes. Your role will involve collecting, recording, and analyzing data on client progress, preparing it for presentation, and working collaboratively with program staff to ensure therapy programs are consistent and effective.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver ABA interventions to clients in their homes
  • Collect, record, and analyze data on client progress
  • Prepare data for presentation under the supervision of a BCBAs
  • Work closely with program staff to ensure therapy programs are consistent and effective
  • Provide updates to parents and guardians on daily activities
  • Implement and adjust individualized ABA therapy programs as needed
  • Communicate effectively with BCBAs to ensure high-quality therapy and support
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Flexibility to work between 8am to 8pm M-F and some Saturdays between 9:00am to 1:00pm for make-up sessions
  • Experience with ABA therapy or working with children with special needs is advantageous but not required
  • RBT certification active with the BACB
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and adapt to the physical demands of the role
  • Willingness to obtain In-Person First Aid/CPR certification, and AZ fingerprint card
  • Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and up-to-date insurance
