**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Server to join our front-of-house team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service, have their needs met promptly, and enjoy a satisfying dining experience.

**Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and make sure they have everything they need.
  • Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations based on customer preferences.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately, relay them to the kitchen and bar, and serve food and beverages promptly.
  • Ensure guests are satisfied with their meals, address any concerns or special requests, and maintain a clean and welcoming dining area.
  • Handle payments, provide accurate change or receipts to guests, and maintain a high level of cash handling skills.

**Qualifications:**

  • Previous experience as a server or in a similar customer service role is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work well in a team, take direction from supervisors, and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.

**Physical Requirements:**

  • Ability to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays for long periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Willingness to work in a busy, sometimes noisy environment.
