Position Overview:

As a key player in the aerospace sector, this role focuses on the management of a significant lifecycle repair contract. The selected candidate will serve as the primary Program Manager, ensuring the efficient delivery of products and services while providing leadership to a diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee customer support initiatives to enhance satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to align delivery schedules with customer expectations.
  • Act as the representative for the program to senior management, monitoring key performance indicators such as delivery timelines and customer feedback.
  • Work with technical teams to develop and implement inspection protocols and repair strategies.
  • Assist in generating and delivering repair reports to military clients.
  • Facilitate program reviews and team discussions to drive project success.
  • Manage financial aspects related to program deliveries and performance metrics.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Oversee contract deliverable requirements and manage operational demands.

Required Qualifications:

  • A degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 8 years of experience in program management, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of experience, or 12 years of relevant experience without a degree.
  • 5 years of experience in program management within the aerospace sector.
  • U.S. citizenship is mandatory for access to sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing aerospace programs and contracts.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with military contracts and customer relations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SAP or ERP systems is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks in alignment with business objectives.
