Traveling Catheterization Laboratory Technologist

Assured Nursing is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist for a travel job in a dynamic healthcare setting.
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cath Lab Technologist to join our team on a travel assignment. As a Cath Lab Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the performance of cardiovascular procedures, including coronary and peripheral angioplasty, stenting, and other interventions.
Responsibilities:- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the cath lab, including the setup and operation of imaging equipment.
- Prepare patients for procedures, including administering medications and positioning patients for imaging.
- Assist the physician during procedures, including injecting contrast media and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Current state license as a Cath Lab Technologist.
- At least 2 years of recent experience as a Cath Lab Technologist.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
