What We OfferWe offer a competitive hourly rate of $25.00-$31.00, with bonuses available. Our benefits package includes a company vehicle, continued education, family medical leave, flexible schedule, flexible spending account, fuel card, job training, mental health benefits, open door policy, paid holidays and PTO, promote within, referral program, tools provided, and uniforms.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Residential Service Electrician with Sales Focus, you will perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in residential settings. You will assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving for electrical issues, provide excellent customer service, and build rapport with clients. You will utilize your sales skills to upsell additional services and products, collaborate with licensed electricians to learn and develop your skills, and work in compliance with all safety guidelines and regulations.
RequirementsWe are seeking highly motivated technicians who are committed to self-growth, eager to learn, and excel in providing exceptional customer service. You should have previous experience in residential electrical service work, be enthusiastic and personable with excellent communication skills, have strong sales acumen and the ability to identify upselling opportunities, and be willing to learn, adapt, and take direction from experienced professionals.
