Shift Leader Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Experience: Consistently deliver a great guest experience by modeling a guest comes first attitude, having a genuine smile, and displaying a friendly and positive spirit.
  • Team Support: Train team members and provide continuous support and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Operations: Maintain a clean, neat appearance, follow uniform and grooming standards, and ensure the timeliness, quality, and accuracy of all orders.
  • Communication: Interact effectively with diverse groups of people, convey a sense of urgency, and be able to perform multiple job tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience in the restaurant industry.
  • Schedule: Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule.
  • Skills: Ability to read, speak, and write effectively in English, stand and walk approximately 85-95% of shift, lift and carry 10-50 lbs, and work with a diverse group of people.
