Key Responsibilities- Answering Phones and Managing Calls: Respond to incoming calls, manage resident lists, and direct calls to residents.
- Greeting Visitors and Providing Directions: Welcome visitors, provide directions, and offer information to guests, residents, and sales representatives.
- Ensuring Visitor Compliance: Verify visitor identification, manage sign-in/out logs, and ensure visitors adhere to existing rules.
- Administrative Support: Assist the Administrator and Department Directors with administrative tasks.
- Mail Distribution: Receive, sort, and distribute mail.
- Confidentiality and HIPAA Compliance: Maintain the confidentiality of resident care information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education or secretarial training preferred.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in a clerical position, preferably in a healthcare office setting; 1+ years of experience in a customer service position.
- Skills: Ability to use general office equipment and computer systems.
- Attendance Bonus: Perfect attendance bonus in a pay period for full-time employees ($100) and part-time employees ($75).
- Premium Pay for Holidays: Conditions apply.
