Position Overview:

Collaboration is key; you will work alongside your team to prioritize customer engagement while also contributing to the store's visual and operational upkeep.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized customer service that exceeds expectations.
  • Act as a comprehensive resource for customers, offering insights on products, community events, and activities.
  • Exhibit a commitment to learning and sharing relevant knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
  • Meet sales and productivity targets by utilizing all available resources to address customer needs.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of visual merchandising standards, including product presentation and store cleanliness.
  • Perform cashier duties as required.
  • Contribute to the execution of Loss Prevention strategies.
  • Assist in maintaining the overall visual and operational standards of the store.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to engage genuinely with a diverse range of customers.
  • Prior experience in customer service.
  • Strong teamwork skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge or eagerness to learn about products and community activities relevant to our customer base.
  • Attention to detail and proficient computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheets.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to operate office equipment and technology.
  • Standing for extended periods is required.
  • Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Use of ladders for visual merchandising and adjustments.
