Child Welfare Case Managers

Compensation:
$51,300 - starting salary
$53,460 - for certified professionals with 1 year of relevant experience
$55,620 - for certified professionals with 3 years of supervisory experience in child welfare case management.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Child Welfare Case Manager, you will:
1. Accept cases assigned by your supervisor and engage with children and families promptly.
2. Collaborate with families to create comprehensive case plans that address their unique strengths and needs.
3. Conduct regular visits to ensure the safety and well-being of children in their homes.
4. Maintain accurate records of all case activities in the designated database.
5. Provide timely referrals to community resources and services.
6. Participate in court proceedings and prepare necessary documentation.
7. Conduct safety assessments and develop safety plans as required.

Qualifications:
