Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct design, analysis, and evaluation of mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with established specifications and standards.
- Engage in root cause analysis and risk assessment for complex mechanical and hydraulic systems.
- Oversee engineering design evaluations, ensuring project completion within budgetary and scheduling constraints.
- Review industry policies to maintain data accuracy, security, and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Analyze production and maintenance reports to identify and resolve issues.
- Provide technical support throughout the engineering process and collaborate with various engineering departments.
- Formulate and communicate operational plans for project execution, monitoring progress against established objectives.
- Address operational challenges proactively to minimize delays and resource constraints.
- Prepare detailed engineering designs and work specifications.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and forecasts, while selecting appropriate materials and project staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with 4-7 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in design, analysis, evaluation, and risk management of complex systems.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
- Possession of an Active SECRET US Government Clearance is mandatory; US Citizenship is required for clearance eligibility.
