Position Overview

We're seeking a Senior Acquisition Analyst to support technical projects for a government client. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and guidance through knowledge, experience, and their ability to effectively manage and oversee current and emerging projects. They'll help identify critical warfighter needs, initiate new projects, and provide management and technical expertise in project execution to deliver impactful capability to the warfighter quickly.

Responsibilities
  • Interact with Service or Defense Agency Program Offices to leverage existing capabilities in new and innovative ways and to provide expertise in relevant technical disciplines.
  • Guide and support acquisition management of current and future OSD/SCO projects, including total cost, schedule, and performance.
  • Coordinate Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) with SCO and service contracting and financial analysts.
  • Provide critical support in multi-disciplinary, multi-agency integrated product teams of professional acquisition personnel across multiple sites nationwide.
  • Lead the development of acquisition products and materials in support of transition and transition partner Milestone Decision Authority gates.
  • Oversee the collaborative development of requirements and programmatic documents (MOUs, SOWs, Project Outlines, etc.) with Service stakeholders such as USAF and USN partners.
  • Special projects as desired.
Required Qualifications
  • TS/SCI-Eligible - Currently hold an active TS/SCI or have held an SCI and have been debriefed in the last 24 months.
  • Bachelor's in Engineering, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Science.
  • Minimum of 15 years of program management, operational, and analytical experience.
  • Proficient in program management, systems engineering, and an in-depth knowledge of one or more of the following: (1) Long range fires; (2) Data science, artificial intelligence, deep learning systems, Autonomous systems; (3) Long range weapon kill chains; (4) Communications, networking, inter-networking in communications denied environments; (5) Cyber.
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and/or other equivalent program management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, and be independently motivated.
  • Travel up to 25% of the time to CONUS and OCONUS locations (Alaska, Hawaii, UK, and EUROPE).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Acquisition or government program management experience highly desired.
  • Experience in Special Access Programs (SAPs).
  • Master's degree.
