PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Delivers exceptional customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience
  • Assesses and fine-tunes archery equipment to ensure safety and optimal performance
  • Installs additional components on bows and provides hands-on demonstrations for customers
  • Responds to technical inquiries and offers advice on equipment usage
  • Ensures accurate pricing and inventory management

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in bow assembly and setup
  • Familiarity with bow components, accessories, and arrow configuration
  • Proficient in operating necessary tools and equipment
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods
  • Capable of lifting items weighing up to 20 pounds, with occasional heavier loads
  • Skilled in operating machinery and navigating ladders as required
