Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Store Manager to oversee daily operations.
- Recruit, train, and support store personnel.
- Provide constructive feedback to foster a positive workplace.
- Manage staff schedules and oversee inventory control.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Handle essential financial responsibilities for store success.
- Act as Store Manager in their absence.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Possess a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle.
- Flexible schedule and eagerness to learn.
- Fluent in English with basic mathematical skills.
- Pass pre-employment assessments.
- Completion of Topshelf Manager Training is required.
