Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Music Adjunct Instructor to join our team at GeorgiaGov. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Music courses in a classroom/lab/field environment, preparing lesson plans, and evaluating student progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality instruction in Music courses
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse students
  • Evaluate student progress and provide feedback
  • Prepare and maintain all required documentation and administrative reports
  • Attend professional development training as required
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Music or a related discipline with 18 hours in the teaching discipline from an accredited institution
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Strong computer skills and ability to interact effectively with a diverse student population
Preferred Qualifications
  • PhD in Music
  • Teaching experience at the postsecondary level
  • Experience teaching in an online or hybrid environment
