About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Program and Service Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and service excellence.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure the financial health of our medical imaging services.
  • Technical Management: Ensure the effective management of technical resources, including equipment, personnel, and facilities.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the clinic's mission and values.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve patient satisfaction.
  • Service Excellence: Foster a culture of service excellence, ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and service.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a healthcare-related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in a medical clinic or hospital setting.
