Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in patients' conditions.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care using identified nursing diagnoses, expected patient outcomes, and selected interventions.
  • Perform interventions according to priorities, plans of care, and hospital policies and patient care outcome standards.
  • Re-evaluate plans of care based on evaluation, changes in medical plans of care, and effective/ineffective nursing interventions.
  • Utilize clinical judgment in evaluation activities to meet patient care needs, establishing priorities as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Current LPN license for the state where the nurse practices.
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior LPN experience preferred.

Benefits:

At Maxim Healthcare Services, we offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k) savings plan, awards and recognition programs, and more. Benefit eligibility is dependent on employment status.
