Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Wilmington. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering direct care to residents and supervising nursing personnel to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction and quality care.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
• 2-3 years clinical experience in gerontological nursing, with a focus on dementia populations
• Valid and current LPN/LVN state license
• Ability to read thermometers, charts, and testing equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods

About the Position
This is a PRN LPN position that involves direct care responsibilities as well as supervisor responsibility for caregivers. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating care delivery, ensuring resident needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice, physician orders, facility policies, and federal, state, and local guidelines.
