Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Engineer to join our team at Crescent City Recruitment Group. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for performing structural engineering design of temporary structures used in the construction and demolition of buildings. This includes shoring, reshoring, falsework, formwork, crane foundations, crane tie-back connections, and temporary stability bracing.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform structural engineering design for construction procedures used in the construction and demolition of buildings, including erection plans, demolition plans, jacking sequences, and post-tensioning sequences.
* Develop and implement effective solutions to complex engineering problems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, MS in Structural is a Plus.
* 8+ years of engineering & design experience.
* Expertise in the analysis and design of reinforced concrete, post-tensioned concrete, structural steel and tubing, cold formed steel, timber, masonry, and foundations.
* Proficient in Revit, MicroStation, Autocad, and/or other drawing software.
* Willingness to travel, as it may be required.
