**Key Responsibilities of the Service Operations Manager:**

- Set and pursue departmental goals and objectives.

- Participate in management meetings as required.

- Stay informed about and adhere to all relevant federal, state, and local regulations impacting service operations, including hazardous waste management and OSHA compliance.

- Recruit, train, inspire, guide, and evaluate the performance of all service department personnel.

- Facilitate discussions with department staff to address mutual concerns and activities.

- Assess technician performance and overall service department effectiveness.

**Qualifications for the Service Operations Manager:**

- At least one year of supervisory experience.

- Minimum of three years in an automotive repair environment.

- Proficient in reading and understanding instructions and information.

- ASE certification is preferred.

- Strong communication, leadership, and management skills.

- Capable of operating the department profitably in line with dealership standards.

- All candidates must be authorized to work in the USA.

- All candidates must perform their duties safely.

- All candidates must demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment assessments.
