Job Title: Procurement Analyst

Perrygo Consulting Group, LLC is a dynamic and rapidly growing company that values its employees and customers. We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Procurement Analyst to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Procurement Analyst will support our Navy customer in Lexington Park, MD, by conducting organizational studies and evaluations, designing systems and procedures, and preparing operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct analytical studies and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to optimize business processes.
  • Apply analytical techniques to evaluate program/project objectives, analyze requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
  • Perform management, technical, or business case analyses to inform procurement decisions.
  • Collect, complete, organize, and interpret data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
  • Track program/project status and schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide expertise in a particular business and/or domain area, such as logistics, financial management, change management, talent management, or a specific technology area.
  • Perform procurement analyst duties in support of the Deployed Digital Solutions (D2S) team.
  • Gather requirements from NHDSM to develop procurement packages.
  • Coordinate with technical leads and BFMs to ensure material and cost accuracy.
  • Compile required documentation for new contracts actions, p-card orders, and maintenance renewals.
  • Utilize DADMS to validate software package approval status.
  • Work with contracts to obtain ITPR approvals for all actions.
Requirements:
  • Jr: 0-3 years of experience and an Associate's Degree; Journeyman: 3+ years of experience and a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Allowable substitutions: Jr: 2 years + HS Diploma or equivalent; Journeyman: 7+ years and an Associate's degree OR 9+ years and HS.
  • Job requires the ability to lift and move equipment/shipments up to 25 pounds.
Security Clearance:

Secret (must be a US Citizen). Top Secret may be needed in the future.

Location, Telework, and Travel:

3 or 4 times per week on-site.

Contract:

This position is supporting an active, funded contract.
