About the Role:

Carter's/OshKosh is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive and inclusive store environment, and driving sales growth through effective product knowledge and merchandising strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brands, products, and services to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a customer-first mentality and fostering a positive and inclusive store environment.
  • Drive sales growth through effective product knowledge, merchandising strategies, and visual merchandising techniques.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales goals, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to store team members to ensure they are meeting sales goals and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
