Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Oak Grove Center. As a CNA, you will work closely with our licensed nurses to provide high-quality care to our patients and residents. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with their activities of daily living (ADLs), ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients/residents with ADLs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients/residents
  • Monitor patients'/residents' vital signs and report any changes to licensed nurses
  • Participate in care planning and implementation to ensure individualized care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient/resident goals
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
