About the Role

We are seeking an eBanking Consumer Specialist to join our team, responsible for delivering a positive digital customer service experience and providing operational support and education to internal and external customers. The successful candidate will work closely with the Consumer eBanking Team Leader to create training documentation and become a subject matter expert on digital products for consumers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional digital customer service and support to internal and external customers.
  • Provide operational support and education to retail deposit team members on Consumer eBanking features and benefits.
  • Work collaboratively with the Consumer eBanking Team Leader to create training documentation and stay up-to-date on digital product enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of digital banking products and services.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and be self-sufficient.
  • Knowledge of online banking products and/or previous banking experience is required.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion of customer and bank information.
