About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team and drive business growth in our stores. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care, managing a high-performing team, and driving sales growth.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of pharmacists and technicians to deliver excellent patient care and service
  • Managing the daily operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and workflow optimization
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with store managers and district leaders to achieve business objectives
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D degree from an accredited institution
  • Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district
  • At least 1 year of pharmacy experience, including prescription filling, recordkeeping, legal compliance, and pharmacy operations
  • Experience performing prescription dispensing activities that demonstrate a strong working knowledge of applicable state and federal controlled substance laws
Preferred Qualifications

Supervisory experience planning, organizing, and directing the work of pharmacy staff

Estimated Salary

$90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience
