About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Management Clerk to join our team at Radiant Enterprises. As an IT Systems Management Clerk, you will play a critical role in analyzing and optimizing our IT systems to ensure they meet the evolving needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze IT Systems and Customer Requirements

You will work closely with our customers and internal stakeholders to understand their IT needs and develop solutions that meet their business requirements.

Optimize Existing IT Systems

You will analyze our existing IT systems and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing changes to enhance their performance and efficiency.

Develop New IT Solutions

You will design and develop new IT solutions to meet the evolving needs of our business, working closely with our development team to ensure seamless integration.

Coordinate IT Implementation

You will work with our implementation team to ensure that new IT solutions are deployed efficiently and effectively, with minimal disruption to our business operations.

Create Offers and Contracts

You will work with our sales team to develop and negotiate offers and contracts with our customers, ensuring that our IT solutions meet their business needs.

Install and Configure Hardware and Software Components

You will install and configure hardware and software components to ensure that our IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements
  • Education and Qualifications

You will have a good technical college entrance qualification or high school diploma, and a class B driver's license.

Technical Skills

You will have a logical understanding of technology and IT, and be passionate about finding new IT solutions for our customers.

Soft Skills

You will be open-minded, enjoy working in a team-oriented manner, and be characterized by your independent and goal-oriented learning and working style.
