Key Responsibilities
  • Manage city records and ensure compliance with local government regulations
  • Provide executive support to the City Manager, including preparing reports and presentations
  • Oversee city recorder functions, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Serve as the City Elections Official, ensuring fair and transparent elections processes
  • Manage confidential information and maintain confidentiality
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve city operations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in government administration or a related field
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly preferred: Municipal Clerk experience and certification
