Subaru Delivery Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Subaru Delivery Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing in-depth product knowledge to our clients.

• Act as a goodwill ambassador for the dealership, promoting professionalism and excellent customer satisfaction skills.
• Provide customers with in-depth product knowledge and enable them to better utilize and configure Subaru products according to their needs.
• Deliver and demonstrate new vehicles to customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Make follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Support sales representatives as needed and manage customer traffic during peak times.
• Maintain efficient communication within the department and between departments, promoting a positive and team-oriented work environment.

• Previous experience in a dealership sales environment is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Basic accounting and management skills.
• Ability to work 5 days a week, including Saturdays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
