About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food to high standards, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare food according to item specifications, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, communicate effectively with team members, and be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ordering merchandise as needed, and ensuring quality and date control standards.
  • Adaptability: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement, adapting to new tools and encouraging others to use them.
