Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Medical Device Assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for manufacturing medical devices, including catheter assembly under a microscope. This is a 1st shift opportunity, working 5:50am - 2:20pm or 6am - 2:30pm in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manufacture medical devices, including catheter assembly under a microscope
  • Follow and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Line Clearance, Work Instructions, and Safety requirements
  • Successfully complete training on production tasks
  • Understand travelers/routers, materials, microscopes, and production/inspection tools and equipment
  • Operate tools & equipment, and complete documentation as required
  • Perform equipment set-up, operation, and in-process inspection
  • Collaborate with Engineers to ensure product integrity and quality
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in medical device assembly
  • Familiarity with microscopes, adhesives, EFD dispensers, and UV curing systems
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
