About the Role:

Potential Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Behavior Specialist to lead our ABA program in Lower Bucks County. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising client cases, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, and providing support to clinicians working one-on-one with clients across various settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee treatment programs, including behavior and skill acquisition programs.
  • Train and supervise staff in the implementation of programs and skill acquisition.
  • Conduct assessments, including functional analysis.
  • Observe clients and staff across settings.
  • Participate in professional development activities, including supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and maintaining LBS certification and state requirements for licensure.
  • Conduct new client intakes.
  • Collaborate with families and other providers, including wraparound, doctors, schools, and insurance companies.
  • Promote a culture/climate of open communication and collaboration.
  • Share accountability for operations and delivery of quality programs and services.

Requirements:

  • Active Behavior Specialist License (LBS)
  • Available Monday through Friday from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm with availability to work at least two evenings per week
  • Commutable to our centers in Newtown, Levittown, and Warminster and throughout the community
  • Comfortable working with clients aged across settings (school, community, home, etc.)
