Position Summary

The successful candidate will oversee a team responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in aircraft operations. This role requires physical stamina and a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Quality Assurance: Ensure top-notch service delivery through effective leadership in cleaning operations. Responsibilities include:
  • Leading detailed cabin cleanings, ensuring all areas meet stringent standards.
  • Conducting exterior cleaning of aircraft, even in challenging weather conditions.
  • Performing facility cleaning as required.
  • Implementing quality control measures through regular inspections.
  • Organizing labor efficiently to maximize productivity.
  • Upholding safety protocols throughout all operations.
Cost Management: Maintain operational efficiency and compliance through meticulous record-keeping. Duties include:
  • Creating and managing staff schedules in line with labor metrics.
  • Ensuring team retention through adequate work hours.
  • Maintaining compliance with airport regulations.
  • Documenting hazards and completing necessary forms.
  • Managing inventory and coordinating with logistics.
Team Development: Foster a collaborative and communicative team environment. Responsibilities include:
  • Engaging in daily communication with team members.
  • Setting developmental goals for staff in conjunction with management.
  • Training staff on quality standards and safety protocols.
  • Assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Documenting employee performance and advocating for team members.

Performance Metrics

Qualifications

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Compensation and Benefits
