About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Coastal Ridge Real Estate. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and upkeep of our properties, providing exceptional service to our residents, and contributing to the overall success of our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Maintenance: Perform a variety of maintenance tasks to maintain and enhance the value of our properties, including but not limited to:
  • Ensuring all service requests are completed properly and in a timely manner, including after-hours requests.
  • Executing the turnover of units and making readies for new residents.
  • Assisting in the daily clean up of the exterior of the community, including grounds, breezeways, and all common areas.
  • Performing swimming pool maintenance, where applicable.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous general maintenance experience, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances, is strongly preferred.
  • Certifications: EPA Certification (Type I and II) is preferred and may be required in some locations.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to frequently walk and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must be able to lift/move loads up to 50lbs and use a ladder.
  • Relocation: Must live within 30 miles of the assigned property and have reliable transportation to participate in on-call duties.
  • Communication: Basic computer skills are required, and the ability to speak elementary English is necessary.
