Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our team at eTeam. As a key member of our clinical laboratory team, you will be responsible for performing and interpreting laboratory procedures, ensuring accurate and timely results, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform and interpret designated laboratory procedures, including serologic, chemical, bacteriologic, immunohematologic, and microscopic procedures.
  • Conduct quality control and quality assurance activities, including troubleshooting and reporting discrepancies.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and instruments, performing daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance and calibrations as needed.
  • Assist in training and orienting new associates and contribute to the development of technical policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with laboratory management to ensure efficient workflow and effective use of resources.
