Job Description:

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Operations Manager to join our team at a Forbes magazine top 100 hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily pharmacy operations, ensuring exceptional patient care, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage pharmacy staff to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy operations, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services with hospital operations.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in pharmacy management.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy.
  • Ohio Licensed RPh with a minimum of 2 years (preferably 3) of clinical pharmacy experience.
  • Proven leadership experience in a hospital-based pharmacy setting.
