Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for daily pharmacy operations, including staffing, customer satisfaction, and employee performance assessment.
- Assists the Director of Pharmacy in planning, staff development, quality improvement, and financial performance.
- Identifies and resolves conflicts or problem situations.
- Conducts and participates in department meetings to summarize decisions and actions.
- Establishes job competencies and performance goals for employees.
- Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy.
- Ohio Licensed RPh with a minimum of 2 years (preferably 3) of clinical (hospital-based) pharmacy experience.
- Experience in a leadership role.
- Full-time position with a competitive hourly salary range of $57-$72.
- Full benefits package.
