Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to join our team at IB Parks & Entertainment. As an EMT, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and responding to all EMS and First Aid needs for our park Guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide treatment for park Guests and employees, adhering to EMS and First Aid Guidelines.
  • Interact with Guests, providing directions and assistance while ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Protect employees, Guests, and company property by enforcing park policies and procedures.
  • Patrol and inspect assigned areas of the park to identify potential safety hazards.
  • Rapidly respond to emergency situations, utilizing your skills and training to provide effective care.
  • Assist with crowd control and maintain a safe environment for all park visitors.
  • Monitor all areas for safety hazards and report any incidents or concerns.
  • Write detailed treatment and incident reports to ensure accurate documentation.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Certified EMT or Licensed Paramedic designation.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Able to lift, carry, and balance heavy loads.
  • Physical qualifications to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach throughout your shift.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, commitment to safety, and utmost level of confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce all park policies and procedures.
  • Cautious and reliable, with the ability to remain calm in emergency situations.
