LVN - Family Medicine Clinic

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our Family Medicine team at Covenant Medical Group. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our medical staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with our medical staff to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and provide appropriate interventions to address these needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in patient care.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of Texas or New Mexico.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
