We are seeking a skilled RN Supervisor to join our care team at Dunmore Health Care Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing resident needs, developing individualized care plans, and supervising nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care.
Responsibilities- Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer nursing care and evaluate its effectiveness
- Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care
- Follow established health, sanitary, and infection control policies and procedures
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of employment
- CPR certification
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Competitive hourly rate: $44.00-$48.00 per hour
- Sign-on bonus: $10,000 (paid out quarterly)
