We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant team in the Lima area. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, maintaining financial controls, and creating and managing staff schedules.

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain day-to-day financial controls, including budgeting and forecasting.

  • Interview, hire, train, and discipline staff to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Oversee coaching, counseling, and training staff to improve performance and promote a positive work environment.
  • Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and facility management to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met, and maintain a clean and organized restaurant.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent and possession of all required documents.
  • Minimum 2 years of General Manager experience, preferably in high-volume Fast Food and/or Quick Casual concepts.
  • Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Valid driver's license in good standing and access to private transportation required.
  • Consent to background screening, including criminal, driving, and drug screening.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, results-oriented, and customer service-focused.
