Job Summary

Ladgov Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Protestant Youth Ministry Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our ministry team, you will be responsible for coordinating Protestant youth programs for 6th to 12th graders, including volunteer management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Coordination: Coordinate Protestant youth programs, including planning and executing events, managing volunteers, and producing program materials.
  • Volunteer Management: Recruit, train, and manage volunteers to support youth programs, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain records, manage supply inventory, and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of youth programs.
  • Facility Management: Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of facilities used for youth programs, adhering to Ladgov Corporation's standards.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with ministry team members to plan and lead youth activities during Sunday services, demonstrating effective leadership and communication skills.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven experience in coordinating youth programs, with a focus on volunteer management and event planning.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and administrative skills, including the ability to recruit, train, and manage volunteers effectively.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Protestant youth program guidelines and compliance standards, ensuring adherence to laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency: Proficiency in producing materials and managing inventory, with a commitment to professional appearance and facility cleanliness.
  • Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with ministry team members and lead youth activities during services.
