Job Summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a highly skilled TEMPEST Engineer / Principal TEMPEST Engineer to join our team. As a TEMPEST Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our systems and equipment meet the required TEMPEST standards. This includes conducting TEMPEST testing, analyzing results, and providing recommendations for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct TEMPEST testing in accordance with NSTISSAM TEMPEST/1-92 and CNSSAM TEMPEST 01-02
  • Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and maintain TEMPEST test plans and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure TEMPEST compliance
  • Provide technical guidance and support to other teams on TEMPEST-related matters
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or Software discipline from an accredited university
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years
  • Ability to obtain special program access, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to present engineering findings orally and in written technical reports and presentations
  • Experience in fast-paced work environment and ability to work in a team environment
  • Active Top-Secret Clearance with an investigation date in the last 6 years or ability to obtain
