Position Overview
The Customer Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional service to all retail clients by managing and processing packages for courier delivery, as well as operating various office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, and point-of-sale systems.

This role requires the Associate to offer insightful guidance to customers by delivering accurate information regarding our diverse range of products and services, while demonstrating confidence in industry best practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will possess prior experience in retail sales, strong computer and internet proficiency, and a high school diploma or GED. A friendly and genuinely helpful attitude, along with a professional appearance, is essential. The individual must be a quick learner, eager to understand all facets of the business efficiently.

Compensation
The pay starts at $15.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. Availability to work assigned hours is required.

Work Schedule
Store hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 6:30 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM. The store is closed on Sundays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to both walk-in clients and those reaching out via phone.
  • Exhibit excellent listening skills when interacting with customers, team members, and management.
  • Take ownership of customer shipping requirements and propose effective solutions.
  • Proactively learn about all product and service offerings, as well as industry trends.
  • Expertly operate all relevant equipment and software, and assist in training others.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
  • Excellent telephone communication skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, including spelling and math proficiency.
  • Dependable, reliable, and responsible.
  • Able to lift items weighing over 40 pounds.
