Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Restoration Specialist to join our team at ServiceMaster Restoration by DSI 3419. As a Restoration Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch disaster recovery and restoration services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Water and Fire Damage Restoration: Respond to water and fire damage emergencies, and initiate mitigation efforts to prevent further damage.
  • Disaster Recovery: Work with clients to assess and mitigate damage, and develop customized recovery plans to restore their properties to pre-loss condition.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients are satisfied with the level of service provided.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Valid Driver's License: Hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in restoration or a related field is a plus.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift and move heavy equipment and materials, and work in a fast-paced environment.
