The Position

We are seeking a skilled Tradesman with extensive remodeling experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in various trades, including drywall, finish carpentry, and painting. Lead and/or management experience is necessary, as well as the ability to train other carpenters. The successful candidate will be a reliable and hardworking individual who can provide their own tools and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Train and mentor junior carpenters to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with superintendents and other tradesmen to achieve job goals
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on remodeling and construction projects
  • Conduct site assessments and develop project plans to meet client needs

Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction trades
  • Proven track record of success in remodeling and construction projects
  • Lead and/or management experience, with a strong ability to train and mentor others
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
